Patients

OUR OFFICE IS NOW OPEN FOR TO ALL PATIENTS.

We have made modifications in our office, all of which were made to keep patients and our staff as safe as possible:

  • All office staff is wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • We are requesting new patients to send their forms by email or submit them online.
  • Barriers have been installed at the front desk.
  • Air purifiers with HEPA filters and UVC sanitizers have been installed in each treatment room.
  • Magazines and brochures have been removed from the waiting area.
  • Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations in the office.
  • We request that extra people not accompany patients to appointments. Parents accompanying children and caregivers for the elderly/impaired will be limited to one person per patient to minimize the number of office occupants. Any person accompanying patients into an operatory will be  required to wear a mask.
  • We have always had extremely high standards for disinfecting all surfaces in every operatory. In addition, we also continuously clean and disinfect the reception areas, doorways, and all portions of the office.

These measures exceed the infection and control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

WE ARE TAKING EVERY PRECAUTION TO KEEP PATIENTS AND OUR STAFF SAFE AND HEALTHY.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your loyalty and look forward to meet you or to welcome you back!

Sincerely,

Dr. Iwamoto and Staff
